@ grantor trusts
Trusts whereby the grantor retains control over the income or corpus, or both, to such an extent that such grantor will be treated as the owner of the property and its income for income tax purposes. The result is that the income and deductions attributable to the trust is taxable to the grantor and not to the beneficiary who receives it. I.R.C. No.No. 671-677.
